PT Sigma Niaga Listrik (SNL) is part of Sinerco Group’s expansion into the electricity and EV charging sector, focusing on the development and operation of SPKLU to support Indonesia’s growing electric vehicle ecosystem.
1. Position Overview
PT Sigma Niaga Listrik (SNL) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SPKLU Operations & Maintenance Technician to support the daily operations, inspection, and maintenance of our Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Stations across five operational locations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring charger performance, conducting routine inspections, identifying operational issues, and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure reliable and efficient charging station operations. This position is suitable for candidates with an electrical or technical background who are interested in developing their skills in EV charging infrastructure.
Work Location: Bogor, Indonesia, with regular visits to operational sites
Employment Type: Full-time
2. Qualifications / Requirements
- Minimum high school vocational education (SMK) in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Installation, Mechatronics, or a related technical field. Diploma (D3) graduates are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, equipment inspection, and technical troubleshooting.
- Ability to use basic electrical testing equipment, such as a multimeter, is an advantage.
- Familiarity with computers, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital reporting tools.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors.
- Willing to travel regularly to operational SPKLU locations.
- Previous experience in electrical maintenance, industrial equipment, or EV charging systems is an advantage.
- Relevant technical certifications and a valid driving license are preferred.
3. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of EV charging stations across five operational locations.
- Monitor charger status, operational readiness, and reported errors through available monitoring systems.
- Perform basic operational checks and troubleshooting in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Identify, document, and report technical issues, equipment abnormalities, and maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate with charger vendors, site management, and relevant technical teams to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain accurate daily inspection records and prepare regular operational reports.
- Ensure charging equipment and surrounding areas are maintained in good condition.
- Support operational testing, performance monitoring, and commissioning activities when required.
- Escalate technical issues that require specialized expertise or authorized electrical work.
- Support continuous improvement of SPKLU operational reliability and maintenance procedures.
