Position Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant HR Manager to support our growing team. This role is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of HR strategies and programs, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of leading HR functions with a balance of strategic insight and hands-on implementation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
Minimum GPA of 3.00 (scale of 4.00).
At least 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and BPJS regulations.
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
HR certification (e.g., CHRP, CHCM) is a plus.
Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the HR Manager in overseeing daily HR operations and strategic initiatives.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Coordinate employee performance appraisal and development programs.
Handle employee relations and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Update and enforce company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Support organizational change initiatives and internal communications.
Manage and analyze HR metrics to support management decisions.
Coordinate training, team development, and employee engagement programs.
Supervise junior HR staff and provide leadership as needed.
