Position Overview :

The HR & GA (Human Resources and General Affairs) position plays a vital role in supporting the company’s people and operational excellence. This role is responsible for overseeing employee administration, talent development, and HR compliance, while also ensuring efficient management of company facilities, assets, and general services.

Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management, Psychology, or Law.

  • Minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in an HRGA or related role.

  • Good knowledge of Indonesian labor law and employment regulations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

  • High attention to detail, integrity, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Human Resources

  • Recruitment & Selection:
    Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job description preparation, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and final selection.

  • Employee Administration:
    Maintain and update employee data, manage attendance records, leave applications, and payroll processes.

  • Talent Development:
    Plan and implement training programs, performance appraisals, and career development initiatives.

  • Compliance & Labor Law:
    Ensure the company complies with all relevant labor regulations and employment laws.

  1. General Affairs

  • Office & Facility Management:
    Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and assets, ensure a conducive work environment.

  • Procurement & Supplies:
    Manage procurement of office supplies and equipment, liaise with vendors and service providers.

  • External Relations:
    Handle communications and coordination with government institutions and external partners when required.
