WE ARE HIRING - STAFF FINANCE & ACCOUNTING

Requirements:

• Female, maximum 30 years old

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Finance (General Accounting, Cost Accounting, or similar role) — Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Proficient in financial/accounting software (e.g., Accurate)

• Strong knowledge of financial procedures, reporting, and reconciliation

• Able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities

• High attention to detail, integrity, and a proactive attitude

• Available to join immediately / ASAP

• Placement: South Jakarta / Head Office

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records of daily transactions

• Process payments, invoices, and ensure timely recording of AR/AP

• Perform monthly bank reconciliation

• Update and manage internal accounting systems

• Review and implement internal control procedures

• Conduct routine stock opname and reconcile inventory data with finance records

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support finance-related needs
